About Petals & CST Edge

Petals is a solo free-time project born out of a personal need for privacy. It started as an email service I originally made for myself, but after creating an account for a friend and seeing its utility, I decided to make it public. You can apply here to get your own secure mailbox.

The broader mission of cst-edge.com was intended to be an automatic AI betting bot. However, significant economic challenges have hindered its effective development. Encrypt any text on the web instantly. Simply highlight the text, right-click, and select "Encrypt with Petals". This works on all major browsers and platforms, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Seamless Webmail Integration

If you are using CST-Webmail, Petals automatically detects encrypted messages and decrypts them in-place. It also provides a dedicated encryption button in the compose window.

GPG & PGP Support

In addition to our native "Cherry Blossom" encryption, Petals fully supports GPG/PGP. You can import your existing keys and manage them directly within the extension.

Zero-Knowledge Security

Your keys never leave your browser. Encryption and decryption happen locally, ensuring that not even the CST Edge servers can read your private communications.
